In this role r you will be reporting to the Engineering Procurement Manager and your key responsibilities will be to liaise with engineers in order to understand the technical specifications, expedite materials thus ensuring the timely delivery of goods, and contract management.
• Procuring RFI documents from the client.
• Filling technical and financial bid and submitting the same well in time.
• Attending pre-bid meeting with client and seeking clarifications.
• Carrying out contract negotiations with clients.
• Forming JV with other companies through MOU.
• Getting enlisted with different client in the core area.
• Analyzing the various bids
