• Assist in developing the Standard Operating Manual and implementing the same for customer services including service Quality Standards across the various departments in the company.
• Communicate with head of departments in understanding the different services being provided.
• Ensure that the customer service levels in the company are regularly updated so that service excellence is achieved.
• Prepare customer dossiers and organization charts
• Collate end of project feedback forms
• Betterment of client relations by acknowledging Client birthdays and anniversaries
• Participate in the customer service forum within the company, comprising of all customer service related personnel.
• Maintain records of all customer service activity pertaining to all departments within the company
