• Meet top corporate and marketing heads, senior government officials to deliver sales presentations followed with proposals
• Understand client requirements, design proposals, research methodology, resource allocation along with costings and maintaining margins
• Supervise the Research Analysis and engage senior research managers to complete the assigned project as per the agreed scope and timeline maintaining the quality of proposals and research methodology.
• Manage the Operations Strategy to cover field surveys, data collection and collation, data tabulation and co-ordination with the research analyst department.
• Manage the Finance Strategy by taking responsibility for achieving the agreed project profitability, monthly targets, manage approved direct cost of each project to exceed annual set profit target
• Manage the Sales Strategy by identifying high prospect clients and by selling ARB services to current and prospective clients in Oman and GCC
• Manage the Marketing Strategy by image building, corporate communications, brand projection to rapidly grow ARB exposure to both corporate and government sector
• Manage the HR & Admin Strategy by training and developing the team to learn and adapt to the latest research techniques, improving quality of proposals and report submissions whilst maintaining ethical standards in data collection along with integrity, transparency and protection of third party information in line with world research standards
