1. Proactively review stock to ensure stock levels are as per company policy
2. Prepare weekly/monthly stock orders as per company policy
3. Revise orders as needed and prepare for transmission to supplier
4. Forward stock orders to suppliers
5. Liaise with suppliers representatives on order processing
6. Create daily VOR orders to suppliers and review same and take necessary action where stock has fallen below agreed levels
7. Monitor lost sales and take necessary action as required
8. Monitor supersession's and take necessary action as required
9. Prepare local purchases as required
10. Undertake additional responsibilities as required
