Job description
Control roaming revenues and traffic flow to maintain and secure highest revenue.

Key responsibilities
1. Control roaming revenues and traffic flow to secure revenue and avoid any leakage or loss.
2. Responsible for roaming revenue reporting and traffic analysis.
3. Monitor and review traffic trends and patterns for roaming partners.
4. Prepare behavioral analysis to support in business decision making.
5. Initiate new ideas to optimize roaming costs aiming to increase profitability margins.
6. Manage investigation process for charging complaints, disputes and usage deny.
7. Develop KPI?s to monitor and control the flow of traffic and revenue streams.
8. Responsible for validating any credit or debit notes with concerned teams.
9. Approve disputes, credit and debit notes for roaming partners.
10. Manage communication and daily operational cycle with Data Clearing House.
11. Align with other departments (Finance, CC, IT and Technical) to monitor roaming revenue streams and investigate in customers escalated charging cases.
12. Manage new GSM Association roaming billing and charging initiatives.
13. Validate IOT implementation and wholesale agreements UAT to ensure appropriate charging.
14. Responsible for troubleshooting problems that may appear while performing UAT validations.
15. Monitor TAP records flow to prevent any rejections in alignment with IT, roaming partners and DCH.
16. Provide business support, regulations and GSMA standards for other departments handling roaming cases.
17. Manage team members to achieve goals including coaching, training, evaluation, hiring and awarding staff.
