A health and fitness company based in Dubai is looking for a Fitness Diagnostics Trainer with a sports sciences qualification from an accredited western university and about 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
Job Skill Requirements:
This person will be responsible for conducting spiroergometry (breath analysis) fitness scans with clients and training other new partners to conduct the same. He/she will need to thoroughly explain the outcomes of the scans and recommend training plans based on the client's fitness goals and draft reports.
Client profiles range from those who are aiming for weight loss, fat burn or improvement in their sports performance (hobby or professional athletes). The ability to handle clients with a wide variety of fitness backgrounds from weight loss beginners to advanced athletes is essential.
Training will be provided on the basics of spiroergometry but a solid foundation in sports performance and weight loss coaching is required to be successful in this role.
The person will also be responsible for other tasks such as management of company-sponsored sports / fitness initiatives, client databases and market research to expand client base and service portfolio.
