Position Description
To oversee the overall Customer Service Program at the centre including the Customer Service booth and Information kiosks retailer security maintenance service training under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Central Tourism Manager. And assist the Marketing Manager in various events and promotions throughout the year.

3. Good communications skills written and verbal in Arabic and English written and verbal
4. Well groomed and professional appearance
5. Good interpersonal and leadership skills
6. Exceptional "public relations" skills ability to effectively handle the public – especially under pressure situations
7. Computer literate
8. Sound financial skills
9. Strong organizational skills
