We are currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator MEP for the Festive Centre in Cairo Festival City. As a Maintenance Coordinator MEP you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical facilities by providing electrical engineering expertise and directing a team of technicians so as to achieve standards relating to day to day operations optimization of energy consumption customer service to tenants and business support for the company. You're key accountablities will be Site Awareness Team Management Operations Customer Business support  

Desired Candidate ProfileCandidates applying to this position will have a degree in Electrical Engineering with atleast 57 years of experience in the same field or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 810 years of experience preferably in a retail environment such as a mall or alternatively in a large size hospital hotel.Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel is a must and Familiarity with computerised Building Management System is a plus.
