We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for GUESS in Cairo Egypt. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of store operations in a specific geographical regioncountryprovince establishing high levels of instore standards customer care service and effectively managing all budgeted resources to secure agreed growth and profitability targets. You will also be responsible for the following Profitability Targets Store Operations Marketing Stock Inventory Management New Store DevelopmentRefurbishment Business Development HR Management  

Desired Candidate ProfileTo be successful in winning this role you will be able to demonstrate University Degree Post graduate degree in management or retail management would be an advantage Minimum 5 years of store management experience with 2 years of experience in managing store operations Working for corporate houses or a Multi National organisation would be an advantage
