•Manage and conduct a training program for Owner's personnel Simulator instructors and Plant operators.
•Participate and train the operators during commissioning of the units and then supervise the operating staff for a period of operation of the power plant.

Desired Candidate Profile•Experience in the fields of conducting training for power plant operators and owner's instructors training.

•Experience in starting up and operating supercritical power generation units to provide on the job training to Owner's operating staff
