OVERVIEW Perform all analytical reports regarding parts operational system in terms of sales product mix to overview the sales movement profitability trend assist in day to day operation tasks and support for secretarial jobs integrated to parts business needs to maximize return on parts department investment. RESPONSIBILITY 1 Analyze the parts group data base in terms of product items price cost profitability based on customers' historical data to overview the sales movement trend. 2 Prepare the overseas brokers' quotations inquiries fill all required data and submit to higher managers for approval process. 3 Follow up Overseas payments and supplier LC records LC renewal communication and record maintenance. 4 Following up parts pending orders for particular customers and communicate with concerned employees or manager to process to gain maximize customer satisfaction. 5 Pick up all data from Parts Operational Management system accordingly with direct management to forward to vehicles brand franchisors. 6 Perform assist for required secretarial job such as business reviews meeting's agenda business presentations documents … to facilitate parts department's needs. 7 Prepare the monthly reports required by management or as business needs in timely manner. 8 Keep all historical data records in organized filing system as needful reference of parts operational business. EXPERIENCE 2 3 years QUALIFICATION Bachelor Degree KNOWLEDGE SKILLS o Analyzing Data or Information — Identifying the underlying principles reasons or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. o Good command of computer. o Good of English skills and Arabic is preferable .
