We are looking to recruit a Specialty Leasing Executive Promotions and Media for the Festival Centre Specialty Leasing team in Cairo Festival City.

The role will be responsible for Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan Promotions Media Business Development License Negotiation Retail Presentation Standards Communication with Lessees Business Correspondence and Promotion Literature.



About You

Candidates applying to this position will have a degree in Business Management or in a related discipline

The ideal candidate will be required to possess a strong working knowledge of leasing aspects in the real estate business. Additional to this you must possess

•3 5 years relevant experience in Real Estate sales and marketing or in a similar field
•In depth knowledge and experience in leasing of large sized multi usage properties
•A good understanding of the regional and local real estate development market
•Strong teamwork and communication skills
