• Prepares, reviews and revises job procedures as pertain to documentation, calibration, and process monitoring;
• Ensures that all section activities adhere to QA procedures;
• Prepares internal audit checklists and supervises internal audits;
• Provides answers from statistical data for contract and inquiry review;
• Monitors plate and welding material suppliers for quality performance;
• Provides daily reports on production and quality;
• Provides weekly summaries on production and quality;
• Assists other departments in the preparation of procedures, work instructions and forms for other departments;
• Indoctrinates new employees in the QA system
