 Develop and monitor annual manpower budgets and manpower plans in accordance with the Organization strategic plan
 Coordinate with all Sectors to identify job vacancies or potential, future job vacancies and refer to the Succession Planning Framework prescribed by DCS in order to screen and identify candidates to fulfill vacancies (In coordination with Senior Officer - Career Development)
 Analyze the urgency and priority of positions to be filled according to the requirements of Organization Sectors
 Ensure that all current and future employees are being assessed according to the timeline specified in the Succession Planning Framework provided by DCS (In coordination with Senior Officer - Career Development)
 Define career ladders to determine the path of an employee's career from the date of joining till the end of their employment with Organization (In coordination with Senior Officer - Career Development)
 Develop all policies and procedures pertaining to manpower planning and ensure that they are maintained and regularly updated by the Senior Officer - Manpower Planning
 Prioritize all vacancies with regard to the positions that need to be occupied (In coordination with the Recruitment team)
 Coordinate with the recruitment team on matters pertaining to candidate selection and provide input into Organization requirements for filling vacancies
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional and local recruitment / labor market and practices as well as international best standards
 Review all monthly reports documenting manpower planning and any issues that might arise within the manpower function and forward to the Section Head - Manpower Planning and Recruitment
 Perform any other tasks as directed by the Section Head - Manpower Planning and Recruitment
