Key Responsibilities
• Implement Sales Strategies
• Assign and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Review financial statements sales and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement
• Determine areas needed for cost reduction and program improvement
• Continuously analyze the BU markets primary and secondary sales
• Coordinate and forecast demand exercise from the markets
• Constantly monitor Actual vs. Forecast and the trends pursue with the markets to deliver plan liaising with other functions like Logistics Supply Chain etc.
• Keep up to date with market dynamics within the international market in order to mitigate against potential risks
• Ensure the timely receipt and circulation of various reports from the markets such as Weekly Sales Report Weekly stock Reports etc.

Desired Candidate ProfileQualification Experience and Knowledge
• Must be a University Graduate in Business Management
• Minimum 6 years sales experience at a managerial level
• Computer literate with proficiency in Ms Excel and Power Point.
Personal Traits
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Well developed management skills
• Knowledge of the market place is essential
• Results driven.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
