BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under the guidance of the CEO, the project manager will oversee all aspects of project implementation including ensuring that deliverables are met, USAID reporting, development of the project plan, liaising with the YSO and coordinating with FINCA International.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Meeting Project Deliverables - (35%)
•Develop a tracking system for project deliverables and agree on detailed delivery schedule with CEO
•Monitor progress on deliverables
•Report regularly to CEO any deviances from project deliverables schedule
•Report regularly to USAID according to agreed upon reporting schedule
Developing and Monitoring Project Business Plan- (25%)
•Develop a viable Business Plan for scaling up the Youth Financing + Training model on a financially sustainable basis
•Monitor business plan against fact and make necessary adjustments
•Share lessons learned from the model throughout the MENA microfinance community.
Liaising with the YSO - (25%)
•Create training plan according to project deliverables
•Monitor pace and quality of trainings delivered by partner organization (YSO)
•Report progress to CEO and to USAID to make any necessary adjustments
•Maintain project training information on USAID Trainnet
Coordinating with FINCA International - (15%)
•Report at least quarterly to FINCA International
•Share lessons learned within FINCA network
