Our client are global leader in their field and are now looking for a Facilities Manager based Near New Cairo. You must come from a strong facilities management background. Experience within the Facilities Management industry is essential. Candidates must be based in Egypt already.

Job Role will include

To manage FM Services at a Hub and satellite locations.
Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI'sSLA's.
Coordinate a client performance reviews against output on a monthly basis.
Provide professional advice to the client on FM matters associated with the sites.
Accountable for the financial performance of the sites service delivery.
Responsible for adherence to business controls processes and procedures.
Responsible for initiating value add initiatives at one or more sites.
Ensure essential site systems and equipment is maintained.
Ensure a cost effective maintenance program for all buildings plant systems and equipment is in place
Ensure projects are managed within the portfolio and delivered on time and within budget.
Support of pull throughcrossaccount opportunities.
Own and manage the BCP and ensure it is known to all staff.
Manage suppliers who support the sites.
Manage all emergency procedures for the sites.
Manage all accident reporting at sites.
Develop and manage passthrough opportunities to realize savings.
Ensure that all Health Safety and Environmental requirements are in place at sites within remit.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience of 5 years in a facilities managementsupervisory role or related service environment.
Demonstrate experience in dealing with customer service and exhibit key skills within this area.
Sound problem solving ability.
Sound understanding of HSE requirements i.e. IOSH
Strong communication skills oral and written.
Excellent influencing skills.
Experience in contract management and measurement.
PC literate i.e. Microsoft systems.
Self motivated.
Strong commercial understanding PLBudget responsibility up to 1M.
Manage up to 50 staff.
Possess a FM qualification or equivalent NVQ Level 23.

SALARY 16000 EGYPTIAN POUNDS.
