• Proactively seek out new business opportunities whilst identifying opportunities for growth within existing business
• Actively seek, identify and develop a Sales Pipeline of Customers.
• Arrange face to face meetings with key decision makers at the client's side to sell the services.
• Visit the new and existing clients.
• Preparation of the sales plan and strategy for the new business.
• To deal the tender.
• Relationship with the owners association in free hold properties area.
• To achieve the targets.
