Dri Dri Gelato www.dridrigelato.com is looking to recruit a General Manager to lead the development of the brand in the Middle East.
The main responsibilities are:
- Set up operations in the UAE
- Scout and negotiate locations with landlords
- Approach other retailers and operators (e.g. hotels, coffee shops chains, restaurants, etc) and negotiate implementation of the Dri Dri kiosk distribution model
- Set up the appropriate supply chain for the fresh ingredients
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Select store managers and store staff
- Develop a marketing plan and manage agencies
- Prepare budget and monthly financial statements
- Develop and negotiate partnerships to expand Dri Dri in other Middle Eastern countries
The Managing Director will report to the Dri Dri CEO based in London.
