Overview
This position will support the Energy Market This position will support the Energy Market The inside Sales engineer support sales before and after order.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical and commercial support to Pall Sales Engineers and to act as the intermediary with engineering, laboratory, plants, Sales Administration, the end users, customers and distributors.
• Initiate customer request related to non conformity.
• Sales Support before orders.
• Tender Analysis.
• Sizing and design definition of filtration solution.
• Estimations of cost and lead time.
• Check and review customer commercial contract such as liabilities and guarantees.
• Initiate the risk assessment for special equipments,
• Coordinate with sales to define the selling price, Terms and conditions.
• Create Technical and commercial proposals.
• Provide technical and commercial clarifications to customers and distributors.
• Other assigned duties related to the function.
