1. Coordination with suppliers for all activities related to the purchase process.
2. Stock pull out from shops for re-grouping or return back to suppliers.
3. To update the generic order status weekly for local and overseas suppliers.
4. Analyzing the stock and sales for making purchase order.
5. Placing an order for a ready customer and doing follow-up until the job done.
6. Follow-up with respective department to make sure diamond/gold should reach to the manufacturing suppliers as per the commitment.
7. To follow-up with regional managers for order confirmation for the Jewellery selection.
8. To follow-up an order for 22k Jewellery with respective suppliers.
9. Co-ordination with respective department for relevant subject.
10. To be follow-up with suppliers on cost price issue as per product manager's advice.
