A leading distribution and retail company in the fabrics industry serving its customers with 20 retail stores spread around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as other showrooms in UAE, Kuwait, Lebanon, Yemen and Oman. With more than 550 employees, the company procures, manages and sells fabrics for furniture upholstery, curtains and accessories to a large portfolio of customers (galleries, interior decorators, individuals, large real estate projects, large furniture factories

Brief Job description:

To develop recruitment strategies and plans, conduct recruitment searches and liaise with recruiting agencies to ensure continued availability of qualified manpower to carry out the company's business

Key Accountabilities:
• Establishing guidelines and consolidating the countries recruiting budget and business plan
• Defining policies, procedures and standards for the recruiting function
• Ensuring effective implementation of the established manpower planning policies, procedures and practices with respect to Company & country requirements
• Consolidating and managing international recruiting activities across companies & geographies
• Advising all company on effective recruitment methodologies such as quotas, interviewing techniques, SOPs, etc.
• Managing and maintaining the Recruitment Tracking System to provide up-to-date information at all times
• Coordination with Companies & Countries to ensure that recruitment campaigns are aligned with the company's recruitment strategy and that an integrated approach is taken to manpower planning and development
• Preparing and executing contracts with recruitment agencies in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Conducting and participating in technical interviews / corporate screening of all corporate resources and 1st Line Managers for the countries
• Liaison with Employee Relations function to ensure staying informed of all service terminations for whatever reason
• Collecting and analyzing statistical information on employee turnover data in each function
• Developing, defining and consolidating recruitment requirements into the country's manpower budget and plan
• Developing and determining sources - local and international - for recruitment to meet the country needs
