Ensure IT security at Arasco by devising and implementing measures for securing available information and information systems
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
SLA Implementation
• Coordinate and provide critical requirements/inputs to the external software providers for successful implementation of Service Management framework and ISO/SEC 20000 Certification
• Provide critical inputs to IT Operations Manager for drafting SLAs for various services
• Serve as the administrator of Service Management and act as the Single point of contact for all customer queries
• Allocate incidents to various Technical Specialists, Administrators and ERP team and follow up for action as desired by the SLA commitment
• Generate and provide monthly service management reports on various parameters like response time and uptime to IT Operations Manager
• Prepare periodical reports on actual performance of different Technical Support Specialists as opposed to the promised standards as per SLA
• Responsible for classification of various issues raised and documentation of action taken
• Propose other simple incident management methods for ensuring services during cases of downtime in Service Management Systems
