Key Responsibilities of the role include Providing an appropriate welcome at restaurants for guests and potential guests escorting them to their preferred table or reserved table and seats guests according to restaurants standards maximizing their dinning experience while maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy Being attentive to guests and resolving their complaints where possible reporting all incidents to the superior. Assisting in serving drinks taking orders suggesting drinks and answering any questions related to served food beverage preparing checks accepting payments. Setting the work station according to company standard with regards to equipments bottles food items and stock level of bar supplies and ensures superlative cleanliness of the bar area .
