Assist in updating the reimbursement price list for government subsidized basic product;
Assist in resolving inquiries concerning Reimbursement & by coordinating with Insurance Providers
and Section Head - Reimbursement & Claims􀂃 Assist in implementation of new Reimbursement initiatives such as e-claims, Diagnostic Related Group
(DRG's);
Define/adjust adequate types of reimbursement schemes and claims;
Provide assistance and training to Providers ( Hospitals, medical centers, clinics) to present rules,
procedures and guidelines set by company in an efficient manner;
Authorize, renew / cancel Providers who apply for basic product plans or those that are already
authorized under the basic product plan scheme;
Update the list of all the Providers participating in the basic product plan;
Receive enquiries on behalf of the Section Head - Reimbursement & Claims and co-ordinate with the
concerned personnel in the Department to provide necessary clarifications;
Maintain database for reimbursement & claims and generate regular reports to track file status and
maintenance of key content items to the Section Head - Reimbursement & Claims;
Prepare reports to the Section Head - Reimbursement & Claims regarding the progress of the works as
requested;
Compile reports, statements, etc for consideration of prosecutions, suspensions and revocations in
accordance with established procedures;
Undertake special projects and investigations and prepare reports as requested by the Section Head -
Reimbursement & Claims;
Perform such other tasks as assigned by the Section Head - Reimbursement & Claims
