To monitor the progress of work, prepare work and job orders as per EPCC structure, be the link between the planning and production, co-ordinate with material planner for non-available materials.
1. Monitor and ensure the day- to-day operation of the project is being carried out as per the schedule / sequence. Any delay needs to be informed to the project planner
2. Ensure resources are utilized as per the allocation; any conflict needs to be informed to the project planner.
3. Help develop the work order and job order as per the activities in the work package. Assign duration; assign resources based on the EPCC structure.
4. Inform non availability of material to the material planner
5. Reports project progress in the agreed format, potential delays and any critical items likely to affect the timely completion of the overall schedule.
