To provide legal advice to TRA as a generalist on issues ranging from existing legal framework to compatibility of the TRA's actions with legal provisions
To formulate laws, and oversee draft of regulations, proposals in a transparent manner
To provide assesment of legal risks associated with TRA's actions and in particular as to the likelihod of an identified potential incident of risk occuring as well as any potential consequences of it occurring
To review all documents issued, published or agreed to by the TRA, that or may have a legal impact or risk for the TRA, including but not limited to contracts, regulations, policies, licenses, instructions, decisions, guidelines, procedures, instructions and directives.
To provide the TRA advice on internal governance and due process
To act as a memeber of the policy Review Committee
