-Responsible for everything related export, custom clearance procedures, ensuring that all documentation are done correctly.
-Daily contact with customs clearance bureau, freight forwarders and truckers.
-Prepare and follow up customs duties documentation for Export shipments.
-Monthly follow-up for subsidy documentation requirements and in direct contact with imports and finance departments.
-Follow-up with freight forwarder the containers/truck arrival to the factory and supervise the loading and release of the container/truck from customs making sure that this process is done in a smooth timely manner
-Might need to go to the factory himself to supervise the loading especially if the shipment requires extra inspection.
-Ensures to receive a copy of all related documentations for each released shipment and file them properly.
