To prepare and monitor Etisalat Misr wholesale roaming business road map through creating annual negotiation plans, optimize the net position for roaming traffic and revenues, and ensure the proper implementation of the Inter Operator Tariff agreements (IOT) in order to strengthen the overall roaming commercial position of Etisalat Misr in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create the annual negotiation plan for the preferred roaming agreements; review their synchronization with etisalat?s roll-out planning, execution and review.
2. Contribute to the execution of strategic roaming alliances and joint roaming engagement strategies and programs.
3. Build the IOT discount commercial business case documents to rationalize the reasoning for initiating preferred roaming relationships.
4. Study the different scenarios with regards to preferred roaming agreements and traffic redirection.
5. Monitor & report the progress of the preferential roaming agreements, alliances and intra-group market share.
6. Identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing service opportunities and revenue streams through conducting continuous market assessment and develop relevant business cases.
7. Negotiate business relationships development with roaming partners and translating the strategic business development objectives into specific contractual terms and conditions.
8. Highlight both areas of improvement and threats by conducting regular analysis of all related roaming indicators.
9. Define, in collaboration with Marketing and P&S teams, goals and strategic plans for roaming products and promotions (positioning, pricing, marketing strategies, etc.) for different countries.
10. Manage the implementation of outbound roaming promotions and products roadmap in coordination with the products & Services team.
11. Manage the outbound pricing model, implementation, and maintenance in light of market dynamics and updated IOT rates.
12. Assist Etisalat group by providing the central team with all the required information that could be addressed on the Group level.
