Responsibilities Review workover schedule and make recommendations Review workover and completion programs that are generated by National staff Be actively involved in vendor selection and tendering process Record and analyze well interventions and use this information for improvements and presentations to management Analyze failure reports for electric submersible sucker rod pumps and gas lift wells Analyze well tests and make recommendations for improving the performance of individual wells Review downtime reports and suggest ways to reduce same Review fracture stimulation programs and jobs on wells and monitor performance of service companies Nodal analysis and gas well production optimization Maintain ITS activity

Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications Engineering degree preferably Petroleum Engineering 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience should include both Reservoir and Production Engineering. Familiarity with production facilities fracture stimulation new well completions and waterflooding is desired Ability to work well with those of different cultures. Communication skills are essential and the ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts along with the ability to influence and lead others into mutually agreeable solutions Proven self starter with the ability to foresee problems and take necessary action to correct same Management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team and insure work is followed up and completed as required. Also have the ability to recognize and reward achievements of staff in order to motivate and improve performance.
