Primary Function:

The main function of this role will is to oversee the management of services and processes that support the core business and to ensure that Honeywell has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.

Responsibilities:

•Establish AOP, regularly review budget versus actual, take corrective actions.
•Procure and manage 3rd party service providers.
•Drive preferred supplier utilisation where advantageous.
•Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
•Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
•Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial properties.
•Partner with HSE to ensure policies and guidelines are compliant as per Honeywell standards.
•Implementing global Honeywell health, safety and security processes and procedures.
•Space management
•Project management during office upgrades or new office openings, partner with suppliers and local management during execution.
