JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT With full PL and working capital responsibility of the division develops implements and executes through his leadership a strategy and operational plan for maximisation of the growth and the profitability of the division. This includes assessing the current organizational capability and identifying strengths and gaps in order to leverage substantial expansion. This position has full authority to execute within approved budgets and plans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Coordinate and revise the Business Plan Forecasting Financial statements quarterly with COO and CFO management team. 2. Establish pricing policies as per market place. 3. Define the guidelines for the selling process i.e. client satisfaction. 4. Establish new monitoring work flow procedures in Service analysis Performance vs Sales Goals 5. Establish operational procedures in the Division i.e. Service training IT courses. 6. Coach and mentor the tier managers within other Divisions. 7. Develop new partners and grow the business into new profitable arenas. 8. Plan develop and implement strategy and budgets for the operational management of the division within agreed targets and timelines. 9.
