* Supervises technical inspections and assessment to develop, plan and execute works across the site.
* Prepare detailed calculations, analyses and scalable plans to report and /or manage civil related works across the site.
* Competent to analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical data to plan projects
* Provide supervision to all general labourers and outsourced service provider staff assigned to each task.
* Manages and reports and maintain Civil and related cost data for sites including maintenance, technical data, contract costs, compliance costs etc. against established benchmarks.
