Prepare and develop projects' plans / programmes according to the allocated budget and time frame specified in the contract and in coordination with the Project Manager and approval from the Planning Manager.
Follow up projects' progress in coordination with the Construction Management team on site and report any deviations in projects' progress, and contractual requirements to Project Manager and Planning Manager to take the necessary corrective actions.
Update and monitor projects' status on weekly basis against KPIs manpower equipment and material histograms, and financial forecast in a quantitative and qualitative manner.
Ensure the Planning Department is implementing and following the appropriate procedures and maintain a necessary data base system on project performance and project history etc., as well as maintaining all supportive documents / files of the project such as claims, variations and time extensions etc.
Coordinate with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, and Finance departments on all the activities related to planning, scheduling and monitoring of progress and execution of projects.
