• Operating the company's telephone switchboard ensuring accuracy and efficiency in dealing with calls.
• Organize receipt, distribution and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail to and from the company.
• Assisting Finance Department by dispatching receipts by post office and invoices by courier (Approximately 200 invoices and 200 receipts per month).
• Oversee the scheduling of meetings in conference rooms.
• Provide administration related support to all departments as required.
• Handling procurement by coordinating with Office Assistant in ordering and purchasing of office stationery, office equipment, and groceries on a monthly basis.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the Line Manager from time to time,
• Fax, scan and photocopy of documents as required.
