* Receiving corporate customer complaints and solving their technical problems.
* Managing the NOC related problem tickets flow between the customers and the NOC department.
* Handling Corporate Customer e-mails by Solving their technical problems by replying and forwarding to the concerned department and replying back to the customer or calling the customer directly.
* Monitoring Awal Backbone and reporting any network faults.
* Monitoring Customer links by the available monitoring tools and informing the customer in case of any failure. Also perform proactive monitoring and analyzing traffic behavior to determine future faults.
* Managing the graph utility for the customer's links (Create, Remove, and Update).
* Managing Open view Utility for Awal Backbone and customer links (Create, Remove, Update).
* Managing OP Manager Utility to Monitor Awal Services and Customer Services (Create, Remove, Update).
* Supporting all kind of Customer services such as Internet links, mails, and domains.
* Updating customer database.
* Monitoring Collocation area for customer servers and providing access to Data Center Facilities.
