Purpose and Scope
The role involves the implementation of HRMIS projects. Performing project planning, scoping, resource estimation and project team resource management, project monitoring, risk management and issue resolution. Assist with pre-implementation activities where required.

Chief Human Resources & Development Officer, GM
Key Responsibilities
-Identifies HRMIS users needs, and develops business solutions meeting security considerations and project requirements. Recommends solutions in coordination with vendors and/or in-house developers while ensuring the availability of adequate capacity and compliance to IT Governance policies and guidelines.
-Prepares and maintains project plans including Work Breakdown Structure and incorporating suitable milestones and buffers.
- Produces Request for Proposal (RFP) when applicable and mange the full process.
- Prioritize signed off project work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles or barriers, budgets, resources and deadlines.
- Own, lead and drive all project activities through the Project Life Cycle to ensure successful and quality, on-time, on-budget delivery of their projects.
- Manage the project resources to design a solution and establish associated project time lines and budgets that allow for the delivery of the most strategic functionality within the project constraints.
- Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project.
- Evaluate all key project deliverable, as well as final products.
- Create contingency plans with appropriate input from key team members.
- Ensure project meets internal expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery time lines, and strategy.
- Be prepared to discuss project quality, client and team satisfaction, and project success metrics during regularly scheduled and ad hoc project review meetings with the management.
- Determine project roles of team members based on project requirements, time frames and budget.
- Manages day-to-day interaction and when necessary work with external contractors in addition to internal resources.
- Define skill sets (competencies) required for the project based on project specifications and requirements.
- Determine resource requirements (including staffing, software, hardware, and facilities) of projects, based on project specifications.
- Amends related procedures/documentation and provides training/coaching to business users as and when required.
-Generates and escalates periodic status and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintains updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department.
- Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as instructed by the direct manager
