Scope of Services
• Maintain and support Customers standard software and ensure that these remain
fully functional for Customers Desktops. Customers Standard Software is listed as
follows but not limited to:
o Windows 7.
o MS Office 2003 and MS Office 2010.
o Outlook 2010.
o MS Project 2010.
o MS Visio 2010
o SAP GUI, and
o Adobe Acrobat Professional
o Antivirus
• Support in moving the information systems hardware within Customers' establishments
• Servicing and maintenance for all non-standard software used by the Company.
The Company will provide the training; however, the candidate shall be familiar with
basic IT support issues.
• Support and maintain desktop hardware (PCs, Laptop, Printers, Peripherals, etc.).
Troubleshoot & resolve hardware and network issues.
