1. Site work inspections ( preferably those who have worked as foreman / site inspector with contractor)
2. Reporting progress status
3. Checking work against inspection requests
4. Monitoring yard facilities/site works and capturing progress photos
5. Attending to end users calls
6. Monitoring Yard / Site house keeping
7. Expediting work
8. Shall be good in written and communication skills
9. Assisting in TMR/FR processing
10. Witnessing test procedures at site
11. Shall be Capable of Reading drawings/specifications (Engineering Knowledge -diploma with minimum 3 years gulf experience in the similar filed)
12. Computer literate-Word/Excel/MS outlook (AutoCAD / Electronic Documentation controlling knowledge shall be added advantage)
13. Processing gate pass requests
14. To be able to stand in when Facilities Engineer is on leave
15. Safety inspections and corrective action experience
16. Able to work under pressure
